During my time in the company I worked as a digital designer as part of the internal digital team. We work with clients to incorporate interactive experiences in their stores to provide a more engaging and exciting in-store experience.

 

My role was to support the digital team on several ongoing and new projects. I was involved in early conversations with clients, research trips, concept phases, sketches, prototyping and content development. I worked with clients like O2, Mamas and Papas, Nationwide and Urban Decay among others.

I was involved in the concepts phase for their new store in London, Westfield. The intention was to inspire and support young families during their purchases. Two digital products came out of this. One is an interactive measuring tool which made kids participant of the process of buying a car seat. The second product was a an animated wall projection which showed facts, features and services associated with travel related products.

O2 set out to open a new concept store for Manchester to explore the purpose of the physical telecommunication stores and the relationship with customers. I was involved in the development phase of an interactive hoarding which displayed stories told by locals describing what made Manchester special. Among the tasks I travel to Manchester to interview people, edited to audio and provided the assets for the videos.
