Role

Alongside exploratory product concepts, I have contributed to a range of strategic initiatives designed to help shape the future direction of Sky and Comcast experiences. This has included creating interactive prototypes and vision concepts, developing demonstrations for senior leadership and departmental showcases, and exploring how emerging technologies can create new forms of customer engagement. This work spanned multiple areas of the business, including Sports, Connectivity, Entertainment and Smart Home, and involved close collaboration with design, product and engineering teams.

A significant focus of my work has been investigating conversational and AI-driven experiences, experimenting with voice, assistants and multimodal interactions to understand how these technologies could evolve future products and services. Through rapid prototyping and design-led experimentation, I worked to turn early-stage ideas into concrete concepts that spark discussion, challenge assumptions and provide a shared vision for what Sky and Comcast products could become.
